Hi Carla - Thanks for your comment! That's a great idea. We often ignore sensations in our bodies, but they tell us a lot.

Hi Tess - Nice! The more you use it the better it gets. :)

Hi Tracy - Haha, you're right about those tacos. Such a small decision and yet many people simply can't make a decision about what they want. Also, I know exactly what you mean when you say that you regret letting others make the decision for you. That has never worked out for me either. Thanks for your comment!

One thing that's helped me trust my intuition and looking back and realizing even when I've been wrong, it's all worked out in the end. I've had far more regrets when I've let somebody else do the deciding because I didn't trust myself or made no decision at all.

It's strangely liberating to be able to say even something so small as "I want tacos for lunch" without doing a whole pro/con checklist and worrying about all sorts of silly stuff.

One thing about my intuition is it's never been wrong! I listen more and more because of that one fact!

When I have to make a decision, I try to listen to how my body feel about the choice I am about to make. My physical body says a lot.

Hi Chris - That's an interesting exercise. Getting used to trusting the feelings you have in your body takes some practice. This seems like a good way to notice how you feel.

Hi Jonathan - I like how you said that. Many times we are following things outside of our self and we our lead away from our true intention. Intuition keeps us on the right path.

Can't say enough about intuition but it guides us to our true intention. If we chose to follow that little voice in out mind, we wil enjoy our stay on this planet longer than one can every imagine.

Hi Amanda -- this reminds me, I've been reading a book called Waking The Tiger, and it's about getting in touch with what the author calls the "felt sense," which is basically intuition. One great exercise involves looking at a bunch of pictures (preferably of you, but it can be of something else) and noticing how your body feels when you look at each one. This has been an interesting way to contact what my instincts are telling me.
