Hi Chris – Recording what we know about ourselves helps us to learn it. This exercise is just a very quick simple journal.

This sounds like a real lesson in self-awareness – which I think is so important in really understanding who we are. So – I love the idea. And I think through doing this, we’ll understand ourselves at a deeper level. And that’s pretty great…

Hi Amanda – Yep, writing it down is so good. I find we tend to keep it all boxed up inside, and unloading it along the way really does provide insight. Once I had a client who did this in mind map form. I thought it was brilliant!
