Hi Dani – Thanks! I liked these ideas because they are all fairly simple to work on.

Hi Tess – Yeah, I guess that would be the quickest! I think that tells us something 😉

Hi Avani – I really like your suggestions especially trusting your intuition. 🙂

  2. Giving our time or money to help others can greatly improve self assurance. Begin the individual who loves to give rather than receive shows character, sincerity and integrity. Trusting yourself is something that takes time. It not an overnight delivery from fedex, especially if you have a pessimistic mentality.

Keep your mind focused on how to think positive.

I have a special reference in addition to your 35 unique commendations. I would put “don’t precipitate at anything of importance whatsoever u have chosen.” This may fall inside some of the categories, e.g. make self-improvements, or feel all of your emotions. Here, the reconstruction of our habits can be made for the better if hastiness is ignored. We can gather our energies and be lithe at our productive potential.

  4. Amanda: Melanie shared your blog with me. Wow, I wish I had
known about this a long time ago. You are so “wise” and
“knowledgeable” for such a young age. I am learning as I read.
Thank you so much. Vickie Muscar
