1-1 Coaching

“You’re doing it wrong.”

For many INFPs, this is the message that they’ve been hearing their entire lives. It may never have been spoken to them directly, but there are plenty of subtle ways that they may have received this message.

INFPs are unique people with a variety of important skills and abilities, but those skills and abilities–and the ability to help others with those skills and abilities–may be trapped inside of you. After all, you’ve been “doing it wrong” your entire life.

It’s not just about being more productive; it’s about being more productive in a way that aligns naturally with who you are. For many INFPs, that means incorporating their intuition, their natural desire for variety, and their tendency to act and think slowly into their productivity.

As an INFP coach specializing in productivity, I can help you refine your productivity systems to actually match who you are and what you do, which will allow you to not only become more effective in your own life but also to contribute to others with creations of your own.

Productivity is ultimately about creating, and INFPs are nothing if not prolific creators. It just takes us a little while (and a few twists and turns) to get there. ๐Ÿ™‚

More specifically, I’ve coached INFPs who:

  • Are solopreneurs/self-employed who are looking for the best way to align their schedules with their natural rhythms and move their businesses forward.
  • Are employed in a job and would like to find more authentic ways of being productive within the confines of the work they do.
  • Are writers who are looking for ways to get their writing done in between their businesses/jobs/life/family, etc.

I have been following your work and I am blown away by how effectively you are able to decode and translate theories on productivity and mindfulness into the world of INFPs.

About My Coaching Style

I do a lot of listening, ask good questions, and occasionally reflect back to you something that I’m hearing or that my intuition is picking up on.

I don’t tell people what to do or give you all the answers to your problems because only you have the answers to your problems. Together, we will discover those answers and the best way for you to move forward.

Other Areas I Coach/Consult In

Although I primarily coach INFPs in the area of productivity, I’ve coached other types and in other content areas as well. Here are some other things I do one-on-one with people:

  • Coaching for non-INFPs on how to understand more and relate better to an INFP that is in their life.
  • Coaching/consulting for people (of any type) who are self-publishing a book. This can involve some coaching around “getting the book out there,” or consulting around the steps necessary to self-publish. Oftentimes, it’s both. I can also create interior book files and write book descriptions for authors.

If there is something that you think I can help you with, even if you haven’t seen it listed on this page anywhere, try me. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m always happy to consider a coaching request of any type, and if I don’t feel confident that I can help you, I’ll just let you know.

Never hurts to send a message. ๐Ÿ˜‰

How To Get Started

If you’re interested in coaching, send me a message through my contact page and tell me a little about why you’re interested in coaching.

If it seems like we might be a good match for each other, we can schedule a free exploration call that will last about 30 minutes.

After that, I book calls one at a time.

60 Minute Call = $75

Let’s find your answers together. (Or, get that book out there!) ๐Ÿ™‚
