Spend time with nature . Hiking, Snowshoeing,Strolling
Enjoy life! Have a sense of humor
Let go on things you have no control on it
Learn to appreciate small things in life
Hug your pets, parents and lovers
Accept whom you are
Make room for self improvement, not to compare with other people
Forgive yourself no matter what as we all learn from our mistakes. (Failures are the mother of success) If you don’t shoot it to the moon first and n times, you enjoy the view of the starry sky
Remind yourself only you are responsible for your emotions/mood, not others
Change perspective of the event if it makes you feel bad
Being a bigger person in times of need, not the one to add on the troubles/burden
Life is a long journey. Enjoy the moment, and have faith the nature will take care of the goal/result
.. Time for me to enjoy the lovely sunny day…
Thanks for reading it =)
